American Eagle Master Executive Council Reelects Leadership

EULESS, TX — The governing body of the Air Line Pilots Association, International, unit at American Eagle Airlines reelected its current leadership to another two-year term of office that began Sept. 7, 2001.

The governing body, called the Master Executive Council (MEC), is comprised of the following officers: Captain Cevin D. Kehm, MEC Chairman; Captain George Sadler, MEC Vice-Chairman; Captain Ken Paulson, MEC Secretary-Treasurer.

"I look forward to continuing our vigorous representation of the American Eagle pilots in their quest to regain their rightful place in the industry," said Captain Cevin Kehm.

With over 2700 professional pilots and a fleet of more than 270 jet and turboprop aircraft, American Eagle operates more than 1,700 daily flights to more than 130 cities throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas and the Caribbean.

ALPA, the nation’s oldest and largest pilot union, represents 67,000 pilots at 47 airlines in the U.S. and Canada. The Master Executive Councils are the highest union governing bodies at each of these airlines. Visit the ALPA Web site at http://cf.alpa.org.
