Sun Country Pilots, Management Reach Agreement on Contract
MINNEAPOLIS---Representatives from the Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), and Sun Country Airlines released the following statement today:
"We are pleased to announce that the pilots and management of Sun Country Airlines reached agreement on a new contract that will form the basis for the company to rebuild as it emerges from bankruptcy. The agreement is subject to approval by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota and the transfer of the certificate by the U.S. Department of Transportation. We look forward to revitalizing Sun Country using the same spirit of cooperation that enabled us to achieve this agreement. Information regarding the contract will be provided to Sun Country pilots at an upcoming meeting."
